Welcome to our service today. It’s great to have you here and we would love to invite you to stay after the service and join us for tea and coffee. If this is your first time at BBC we especially welcome you.
God can make us comfortable in some of life’s most uncomfortable places. He can bring us through situations we think we won’t survive, or feel like we’ll be stuck in forever. He can give us peace when we’re under pressure.
All of us will experience loss in our lives. Losing things can actually help us to appreciate what we do have. And failure can make our successes even better. We don’t’ know what tomorrow holds, but we do know that God is with us in all our ‘tomorrows’. And just because we don’t understand the path we’re on , doesn’t mean HE isn’t leading us. He promises: I will lead the blind on unfamiliar roads. I will lead them on unfamiliar paths. I will turn darkness into light in front of them. I will make rough places smooth… I will never abandon them (Isaiah 42:16) Times and seasons change, but God doesn’t. He is the same yesterday, today and forever.
