Welcome to our service today. It’s great to have you here and we would love to invite you to stay after the service and join us for tea and coffee. If this is your first time at BBC we especially welcome you.
The first newsletter of the year and we’re almost at the end of January! I trust it has been a mostly restful and relaxing one for everyone.
I find January a good month to ponder many things! And to read a good book or two. As mentioned in the January cover I like to take time on New Years Day to chat with God about what He might be saying to me for the year ahead – this year it was quite clear and simple – “Glorify My Name in all the earth”. As well as this the phrase “put your hand in My Hand” has been coming across my path in different ways on a number of occasions. Who knows what the year ahead will look like but I can be fairly sure it will comprise of ups, downs, challenges, trials, tears and laughter! God may be calling us this year to step out into unexplored territory. There may be risk. But if we put our hand in His Hand and step out in faith, the limits of what might be achieved are unbounded. In Christ I have all I need. In Christ, you have all you need.
With love and blessings, Sandra
