Welcome to our service today. It is great to have you here and we would love to invite you to stay after the service and join us for tea and coffee.

Paul was content because he could see life from God’s point of view. He focused on what he was supposed to do, not what he felt he should have. Paul had his priorities straight, and he was grateful for everything God had given him. Paul had detached himself from the trivia in life so he could focus on the eternal.

Often the desire for more or better possessions is really a longing to fill an empty place in a person’s life. What are we drawn to if we feel empty inside? How can we find true contentment? The answer of course lies in our perspective, our priorities and where our source of truth and joy comes from – and of course that should always be Jesus.

As we spend time with Him and get to know Him in a deeper way the ‘things of this world’ naturally decrease and He becomes greater.

With love & blessings,

Sandra
