Welcome to our service today. It is great to have you here and we would love to invite you to stay after the service and join us for tea and coffee.

This week at God’s Warriors we looked at the story in the book of Numbers when the spies were sent into the Promised Land to check out what they would find when they went there. Upon their return they reported much that was good, however they also reported that the people there were like giants and that they were too afraid to go. Even though God had promised them this land they didn’t trust Him and saw many problems ahead.

How often does this story apply to our own lives? Sometimes, even though we know we should be heading in a certain direction or doing a certain thing, all we can see are the problems. We need to remember that God is trustworthy and true to His promises ALL the time, even if we can’t see it with our own eyes. God always wants His best for us – it might not be what we want but God is sovereign and His plans and purposes for us are more than we could ever dream or hope for.

So next time you feel overwhelmed by your problems remember to look up, to trust Him and believe in what He is calling you into. Great is HIS faithfulness!

With love & blessings,

Sandra
