Welcome to our service today. It is great to have you here and we would love to invite you to stay after the service and join us for morning tea.
The Apostle Paul reminds us in 1 Corinthians 12:12–14 that “just as a body, though one, has many parts, but all its many parts form one body, so it is with Christ.” As believers, we are each a vital part of the body of Christ -the Church. No part is insignificant, and no role is too small. Just as the human body needs every organ, joint, and muscle working together, so too does the body of Christ need each believer to serve faithfully in their God-given place.
It is easy to compare ourselves to others and feel unimportant, but God has uniquely designed us with gifts that no one else can bring. When we offer our time, encouragement, prayer, or service, we help the whole body grow stronger. Unity doesn’t mean sameness – it means working together in love, with Christ as the head, guiding every part.
If you’re not sure where to start, ask God to show you how He wants you to serve within His body. Encourage someone else who may feel unseen or unneeded. When we each play our part with humility and joy, the Church becomes a powerful, living testimony of Christ’s love to the world.
With love & blessings, Sandra
