Welcome to our service today. It is great to have you here and we would love to invite you to stay after the service and join us for morning tea.

Our salvation is not something we earn – it is something we receive. In a world that often tells us to prove our worth through effort, performance, or good behaviour, God offers a radically different message – we are saved by grace, through faith.

Faith is not merely believing that God exists. It is trusting fully in the finished work of Jesus Christ – His life, death, and resurrection – as our only hope for forgiveness and eternal life. We don’t come to God with our good deeds in hand, hoping they’ll be enough. We come empty-handed, knowing that Christ alone is enough.

This is incredibly freeing. It means we don’t have to fear falling short or wonder if we’ve done “enough”. Instead, we rest in the assurance that Jesus has done enough. His righteousness becomes ours, and our sins are forgiven, not because we’ve earned it, but because we’ve believed.

Let this truth humble us, strengthen our faith, and fill us with gratitude – we are saved, not by what we’ve done, but by trusting in what Christ has done for us.

With love & blessings,

Sandra
