Welcome to our service today. It is great to have you here and we would love to invite you to stay after the service and join us for morning tea.

Christian character isn’t something we inherit – it’s something we cultivate. The Apostle Paul reminds us to “put on” virtues like compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience. These qualities don’t come naturally – they are the fruit of a life surrendered to Christ and shaped by the Holy Spirit.

Jesus modelled perfect character – serving others, forgiving freely, and loving sacrificially. He washed His disciples’ feet and bore the cross for our sake. When we imitate Him, our lives become a witness to the world of God’s transforming grace.

In a world that prizes self-promotion and quick judgment, Christian character calls us to a different path – one of quiet strength, integrity, and love. It’s not about perfection but about daily choosing to reflect Christ in our words and actions.

As we grow in faith, let us ask the Holy Spirit to renew us daily. May our church family be known not just for what we believe, but for how we live – clothed in Christ and shining His light wherever we are.

With love & blessings,

Sandra
